Rainbow Cottage Feeding Clinic Research – February 2018

This page is for parents and carers of children who will be attending the Liverpool Hospital Rainbow Cottage Feeding Clinic in February 2018.  You should have received a letter from us describing what this research is about, and that your participation is entirely voluntary.

The research project aims to improve feeding clinic services and to enhance the support given to parents of children with feeding difficulties.

You have been invited because you and your child will be attending, or are attending a feeding clinic appointment. Participation in this research is voluntary. If you do not wish to take part, you do not have to. Your decision will not affect the support you receive from the Feeding Clinic.

For further information about the project, we have included the following as links below:

  1. Participant Information Sheet, which tells you about the research project
  2. Consent Form, which explains the processes involved with taking part

Knowing what is involved will help you to decide if you would like to take part in the research.

If you wish to take part, please come to your clinic appointment with a signed copy of the forms. Someone from the feeding clinic team will be available on the day to answer any questions you might have and to provide more information.

Thank you for your consideration, and we look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
